Maha M. (2023): This course was worth every penny. You learn how to conduct real estate files at the most basic level. But more importantly, you have a resource in Martha as you grow your practice and need answers to stupid and complicated questions. She is a natural teacher and extremely generous with her wealth of knowledge (and patience). I trained as a litigator during articling and took this course as I had clients who asked me to complete their variety of real estate deals.  I have now been able to start a full real estate practice as a result of her.
